I may update the Terms and conditions from time to time at my discretion and in particular to reflect any changes in applicable laws. It is your responsibility to regularly review these policies, so you are aware of any changes.

I obtain information about you when you use my website for example when you complete the contacts form. I will keep a record card whenever I carry out a service for you, the information I collect may include your name, address, contact details and the service I carried out. This information will not be used or passed onto anyone else without your permission.
During the coronavirus pandemic, temperature checks and contact details will be recorded for track and trace purposes and will only be passed on to the appropriate government agency if I am required to do so by them.
If you pay by card your information is not collected by me. It is collected by a third party payment processor, who specialise in secure payments.
All clients requiring a chemical service will need a consultation at least 48 hours prior to your service. Quotations and appropriate testing change be carried out during this time, there is a £10 charge for a consultation appointment, deposits may also be required to secure larger appointments. For clients who already use me, new consultations maybe required if I have not seen you in the last 6 months or if you have had a colour applied to your hair in the interim of seeing me.
All new clients are required to have a skin test 48 hours prior to their colour appointment. This can be carried out during your consultation appointment.
All clients must have an updated skin test if the last colour applied by me was longer than 6 months prior or if any other colour has been applied by yourself or someone else in the interim of me seeing you. It is your responsibility to inform me of this and what products were used to the best of your knowledge.
I understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask if you need to reschedule you must inform me no later than 48 hours prior to your prescheduled appointment, to avoid charges being applied of up to 50% of the value of the pre booked slot.
No shows – If I arrive at your address and you are not there, you will be charged the full value of the pre booked slot which will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made.
Corrections of any colour is highly skilled and a very delicate process, it will take time, patience and numerous appointments to achieve the desired end results. Colour correction can be costly and will need follow up appointments. It is extremely difficult to quote for, you will need a full consultation and all appropriate testing before an appointment can be made.
More accurate pricing can be given upon your consultation, prices may vary. The price lists are a guide only and are all starting prices.

During any chemical service, I ask you to consider your clothing and jewerelly worn at the time of your service. Whilst all effort is made to protect your clothing sometimes accidents happen. Likewise, with jewerelly in particular earrings and necklaces, I do encourage clients to remove them to prevent damage. I cannot take responsibility for marked or damaged items. Please bear this in mind.
Please ensure I have sufficient space to work in, try to limit the amount of people in this area at any one time. The space should have good ventilation and if needed somewhere to wash your hair. If you want me to work on a carpeted area, please be aware when colouring splashes and dripping can occur. I can not take responsibility for this happening and any damage which may occur from the service being carried out.
I carry specialist equipment with me which include sharps, electricals and chemicals. Please always keep children and pets away from my kit. This is your responsibility to ensure their safety. You may also be charged for any damages to my equipment if this is not abided too.
Secure parking in front or next to your property must be available for me to park. I will not leave my vehicle on a busy roadside or in a unsecure location, your service maybe refused if this cannot be accommodated.
If your child becomes distressed or uncooperative the service will be stopped immediately to avoid danger to the client and myself. You will still be charged for the service.
Telephone calls and messages
To respect my clients I do not answer the telephone during services, please leave a message with your name, contact number and the service you are enquiring about, I will return your call or message at my soonest availability.
Please be aware I will only respond to messages during working hours.
I may ask for your permission, to take photos of your hair before and after your service. These images will be used on my social media pages and website for advertising purposes. By allowing me to take the photos you are giving me permission to use the images.
All large appointments will require a booking fee, the deposit will be determined on the size and overall cost of the appointment. Please note I have a 48 hours cancellation policy, anything within this period will result in a loss of the deposit.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking. The remaining bill must be paid no later than one week before.
Any amendments or changes must be made no later than 12 weeks before or a penalty charge maybe applied.
All person’s having their hair done must be ready for me, as delays may affect the whole appointment, resulting in clients not being ready in time.
I can travel to your venue, a travel fee of 50p per mile both ways after the first 7 miles is applicable.
If accessories are supplied by me to create the desired finished look, the cost of these items will be added to the final bill.
All bridal services must have a trial prior to the big day, more than one trial maybe required if multiple styles are trialled out which may require more time, trial appointment are one hour slots.
I would hate for you not to be happy with your hair. If there is something wrong or you need something amending, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I allow a 72 hour time frame to report any issues you may have. I will do my absolute best to resolve the problem, refunds will not be given, I will personally rectify any issues you may have with your hair as soon as I can possibly return to you. Charges to you may apply if issues are reported outside of the 72 hour time frame.
I ask all clients if you or anyone in your household become ill or are experiencing symptoms are coronavirus you must inform me as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment. If I arrive at your property and discover someone is ill, your appointment will be refused, and you will still be charged.
Temperature checks will be carried out and recorded for track and trace purposes.
Please sanitise the area you would like me to work in, ensure the room is well ventilated and limit the amount of people within the area, there should only be myself and the client I am working on in the room at any one time. Please wear a face mask if possible.
Additional charges may apply for extra PPE required during the Coronavirus pandemic.
You can still pay by cash; you can also pay by card or bank transfer. Bank transfers must be paid 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure it has cleared by the time of my arrival.
